Show all values on Data Points

Hello Team,

Can somebody help me how to show all values on data points?

I have checked the box "Values on Data Points" under Expression. When the data are small values are not showing. I need to show the values even if the data are small. Please see the below screen shot. Can anybody suggest the solution please?
