To the best of my knowledge there is no inbuilt feature to support this. Any one can correct me if I am wrong.
But you can do this by adding an additional timestamp field to each QVD/table. Every time a record gets inserted/updated, you can update this with reload timestamp and display data accordingly in your dasboard.
