I created a Pivot Chart, as the picture showed, the 2009-05, 2009-07 etc are missing because there is no data with that dimension value. However, for report purpose, I want those months also displayed as a row, and the value for other columns display as 0 or -. Is there a way I can make it happen?

Dimension Tab -> Uncheck Supress Null Value

Presentation tab -> uncheck supress 0 values

Try them.
