Hi I have a question,
I want to show all Brand in my data although it doesn't have any values.
I have 3 brands --> D123, D125, and D127.
The only brand that has value is only D123.
But i want to Show all brand, D123, D125, and D127 on my pivot table.
I have try using show all values in brand dimension. But i have brand's group, group A and group B. When i choose Group A i want to show only Brand D123, and when i choose group B i want to show brand D125 and D127.
I also attach my sample data and file.
Really appreciate your help.
Thanks in advance.
I am confused, first you said you want to see all values for the three brands even if they don't have value and later you said you only want to see those brands which has value. What exactly do you want? Expected Output?
Hi Sunny,
Sorry for the unclear statement.
If i'm choosing group A i want to show all Brand in Group A although it doesn't has any value.
And if i'm choosing group B i want to show all Brand in Group B including Brand with null value.
Is it clear enough Sunny ?
For example I have a data like this:
Area | Inv | Yearweek | AreaID | Description | Brand | Qty | Group |
New York | Big | 201601 | 1 | Big Inv | D123 | 5 | A |
D125 | B | ||||||
D127 | B | ||||||
D129 | A |
So when i choose Group A, the result i expected is the pivot table show Brand D123 and D129 although D129 doesnt has any value (null Value) . I use sum(Qty) in my expression.
Thanks
