Show expression value on dimension

Good Day,

I have a stacked bar chart which shows percentage inside the bars however I would like to display the total number next to the dimension.

Please see screenshot below of Qlikview and Powerpoint...I would like the same graph on powerpoint to be replicated.

So the dimension should be concatenated with the value
