Show the 'current selections' when exporting pivot table

Hi,

I usually right click on a pivot table grid to export data to excel, but I don't know what is the point of view which the exported data refers to.

I wonder if is there a way to export the pont of view or 'current selections' at the same time.

Any idea please?

What report? I don't know how to make or use a report, so far I'm just looking for something quick to export data and point of view no matter how nice it is, provided exists the option, if not, I would appreciate a tutorial on reports or similar.

UserPreferences -> Export ->check "selection stamps in report", both on HTM Exports and BIFF Export , and then try to export data and see if thats what you are looking for...current selections box should appear in exported data at the bottom of the page

Thnak you it is what I was looking for. Would it be possible show the POV above data?

Sorry I meant Point of view (current selections) but any way I need this for using in webview mode and for some reason it does not work.
