Single Label in straight table for multiple dimensions

Hi i have a straight table in which im showing

5 dimensions i want a superior label to these 5 dimensions

         Region

Country   state  policy

These above 3 fields should come under region

Not possible..because Region,Country  ,state , policy are major fields...Each field contain some data..

so fields not come under another field..
