I have a QV document that reloads via scheduled task through vb script which also then exports images of the sheets to a folder location as jpegs. Then, I have Picasa running a slideshow of the exported images and on every reload, the images are updated and Picasa shows the new images in its slide show.
My problem is that for a reason unknown to me, Picasa stalls sometimes which means that the screen that displays the information on the slideshow, shows Picasa with images instead of the slideshow and then I have to restart the slideshow. It's probably worth mentioning that I'm doing this over VNC. Is there a simpler / better way to get the slideshow to show the updated images without stalling?
