Something wrong with using publisher distribute files

Hi everyone,

     I have a problem.I upload a qvw file to Qlikview server,I can use the web to visit it.When I used the publisher to reload the qvw file every 5 minites and distribute the reloaded file to another folder which named RootFolder,the file could reload on time,but the file can not be visited through the website.

     Could you me how do solve this problem?

What problem do you encounter in the AccessPoint? The published document doesn't appear in the AP? The published document cannot be opened by some users?

Note that Root Folder in your screenshot is a QlikView identifier, NOT a directory name. It refers to the path you specified in QMC->System->Setup->Distribution Service->Select yours->Folders->Document root (could be different, don't have a QMC with a publisher here)
