Sorting for multiple dimensions (Does Qlikview have a two dimension limitation for sorting?
I have a pivot table
with three dimensions and a two expressions
I noticed my first and second dimensions are easily sorted however the third dimension usually doesnt sort as easily. Is there a sort limitation for dimension?
For example,
i have Geography (US., Canada and Rest of the world sorted by expression variable which is based on Current YTD sales)
the second dimension is by brand and also sorted by Current Current YTD sales as well)
both are sorted descending.
now when i try to sort the third dimension by Current YTD Sales too, for some reason i've tried numerous different sort method and none will work to get this third dimension to sort by the same parameters as the first two.
The goal is to see HIshest sales geography by Current YTD Sales Descending, then when drilled into the Geography i can see Brand Dimension sorted by Current YTD Descending, then when i drill into the brand i can see by customer sorted by Current YTD Customer Descending.
