Can someone help with the following question re sorting in pivot tables?
I have 2 dimensions - Customer and Product. Note, with Customers I want to be able to drilldown into Customers - ie. there is a Head Office Customer that drills down to the Customer branches in each city
One expression - Total Sales
I want to show Customers vertically down the page and Products horizontally across the page. Is it possible to sort on Customers by Total value in descending order, and also to change the Product order.
When I try and sort on Customer using y-value and descending it doesn't come up with the result I am after.
