if you want to sort by exp1 and exp2,

first click on exp2 label and then on exp1 label

Hi,

You can use Promote/ Demote options in the expressions tab to sort your expressions (exp1/exp2)

Thanks

Charitha.

Did not get you.....

Say, I am having two expression Expr1 and Expr2.

How I can do it in straight table??

In Sort tab, I can promote only one expression not all!!!

- in chart properties there is a sort tab

you can choose how to sort fields (using promote/demote) and sort by;

unchect "Allow Interective Sort";

in this way you can sort by 2, 3, .....n fields; the sort is static, not interactive (flag unchecked)

- or if you want to do an interective sort by n fields (field1, field2, ...., fieldn)

check "Allow interective Sort"

start sorting from the last field (fieldn) clicking on his label, then sort field-1 (click on label), then .... until field1

Yes, as per my understanding one column (Sales) has been sorted manually, as well as Profit should be changed

as per the sales.

i think if we changed one column in the chart automatically others will reflect as per the user selection .

what do say ?

Hi,

You can set the priority of Sort, Promote Exp1 to the top and Exp2 to the second position.  Now the charts initially sorts by Exp1, and then sorts by Exp2.

Hope this helps you.
