Special Character in CSV causing the problem

Hi All,

We are loading the data from a csv file (comma delimiter), but the file is having some special character and hence the load is not coming proper. The values in the columns are interchanging. Please could you advise a solution for this? Screen shot of the special character given below.

You can handle specific charchters when you load data in
