Hi there,
I was recently requested to develop a comparative scorecard with a particular format. I've never worked on something like this and dont think it is possible with Qlikview, but wanted to check it out with you to see if someone had to do something similar. I had to do once a P&L report which was probably the closest thing, but this adds up a comparisson between different branches and also different number formats (#, %) in one column.

You can get something very close with using Straight Table object. Add expression for each column and it should works.
For traffic lights, you can use traffic light gauge
