Specific day of the next month

Hi Everyone,

Would appreciate if anyone could help me out. I'm trying to create do a checker to make sure that a payment occurred before the 15th of the next month.

I tried doing the following days(payment) and monthend(payment,1)  then created a logic statement where payment has to be made less than monthend and less than 15 from the days field that I would I have created but this didn't work.

Does anyone know how I can do this?
