I am looking for a Spirit/bubble level design and feel, both vertical and horizontal.

Have anyone seen this for QlikView?

There is no such chart objects directly in Qlikview. But you can write your own extensions for out box requirements.

You can do this in QlikView, there's a standard object.

Select 'Gauge Chart', add your dimensions and expressions, then on the Style tab, choose one of the different representations. See below.
