Split call durations into 24 hour blocks

Hi Community

I would love to get some help solving this case:

I have a Timestamp: eg 16:56:38 as the start time of a conversation.

I also have a Duration: eg 9244 (seconds)

I need the formula to split the duration up into hourly blocks (eg [00-01, 01-02... 23-24]) to fill my table chart.

There will be situations like these: 23:56:01 as start time and 345 seconds duration. (so a few into the 23-24 bucket and the remainder in the 00-01 one)

Anyone who could help me out?
