Stacked Bar Chart with line char as percentage value

Hi All,

I have created a stacked Bar chart as shown below.

I want to create  a line chart (Combo Chart) with an expression Collected/Required which will display its value as percentage. But when I am creating a line chart Stacked chart is getting converted to normal Bar chart.

Could any one please help me with this.

Attached is the QVW and Sample data.

May be use overlapping charts.
