Stacked Bar Chart with negative Bar Offset

I need to create stacked bar charts where I shift the entire stack up or down.

As you can see in attached file, I am able to shift the stack up by 10 by defining a Bar Offset for the first expression (Bar offset 10 chart).

But when I enter a negative value things get messed up. In this example I want the stack to go from -10 to +10 (Bar offset -10 chart).

My question is: how do I shift the entire stack down?

i think we dont have any negetive value so we are not able to shift it down at negetive side...
