Stacked Bar with Total on Secondary Axis?

Does anyone know if it's possible to create a stacked bar chart with the total on the secondary axis? For example, let's say I have three products: oranges, bananas, and pineapples.  I want a stacked bar, by month, but then I want a YTD total on the secondary axis.  The reason I want this is I don't want to distort the scale of the monthly totals.

See the attached mocked-up image which illustrates what I'm trying to accomplish.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Massimo - thanks for the example but unfortunately it's not quite what I'm looking for.   I need to get the total on a secondary axis, not on the primary with the others.
