Stacked bar chart

Hello guys.

I am new at QlikView so i need a detailed description as possible.

I want to create a stacked bar like the pic i will attached.

(green=pass, yellow=maybe , red=not pass)

 I want the average of 3 for each previous year and the average for every current month.
