Start line chart from different point

All,

I have a line chart which starts from 0 in january. The line is for spend amounts in the year and for upcoming months an estimated amount.

Now I already have commitments in january. So the line at the beginning off the chart should not start at 0 but at the amount of commitments.

How can I accomplish this?
