Static Max changes from 100% to 105%

Hello

I ahve a chart which is looking at a % of something

I have put the axis as static max to 100, however, if I start making selections in the list boxes, sometimes the static max changes to 105%

I do not understand how my selections could be causing this to happen

Any ideas how to fix it to 100%
