Static bubble sizes on animated scatter graph

Hello,

I have an animated scatter graphy in which my bubble sizes are determined by value. As value increases, the size of each bubble increases.

My question is if I can change the bubbles from being relative to static sized. For example, a certain data point looks much larger when it is the only selection than when it is shown relative to other data.

if you disable your third expression in the scatter chart then the size of the bubbles will remain same size.
