Static x-axis

In this graph I want to:

1.Calculate percentages:

E.g.if user selects TLName(Khnlrp Bvatfk Evcqbw Aaryktfatg)-->TPName(Helmhbs Guajxel)-->Pcode(N99M214J), then calculate the %utilization(Quantity*100/TotalQuantity of A99D211Z, G99K213M,N99M214J)

  in this case(1113*100/20255). Is my calculation correct?

2.Keep the X axis static:

When user selects any TLName or TPName, the X axis should not shrink if it has only 1 PCode to display. The X-axis shoould always display the 3 Pcodes. How can this be done?

If a TPName has only 1 PCode to show, you still want it show 3 PCodes ! Where would the rest two come from?

Thanks for replying. Is it possible to assign those 3PCodes to the TPName. So if a TPName is selectded, the x axis still shows all 3 codes, but 0% against the 2 codes and the % value against 1 code
