Steps to migrate from 11.20 SR2 to 11.20 SR3?

Hi All,

We have QV 11.20 SR2 installed in our servers, in which few features are not working in Acess Point when viewed in AJAX mode. Now we are planning to migrate to newly released QlikView 11.20 Service Release 3 [SR3], build 11.20.12018.

So request you to help, in identifying the steps to be taken for a successful installation of the new SR3.

Please elaborate the steps. Help will be heigly appreciated.

Hi,

Usually there are no other steps than installing the new software when the major version is the same (in this case, major version is 11.20 in both cases).

Anyway, all relevant instructions to upgrade are in the Release notes you can find here:
