Straight Table Summary

I want to create a table with the following Dimensions:

  • Product Brand
  • Year/Week

My Expression (data being displayed) is:

  • Sum(Qty Affected)

When I create a Straight Table I get basically a list:

A pivot table works ok, but not the look I want (I don't like WeekYear label):

Is there a simple way to create a Straight Table with the dimensions listed above that looks move like this mock up?

I'll get into asking about conditional colors later.

Thanks

Venkata:

That part I know how to do. The condition I want to create is:

  1. If wk2 is is >= 5% higher than wk1, then background is yellow.
  2. If wk2 is is >= 10% higher than wk1, then background is red,
  3. Else background is white

And this will carry on for all of the following weeks (current vs previous)

Thanks

Hi,

You have to write the IF condition on basis of expression. Not on basis of dimension.

Try with if condition for colour coding

I understand the concept of conditional formatting background based on data expressions.

The hard part is dynamically comparing the cell data from column 1 to column 2;  2 to 3;  3 to 4, etc...

It's not just based on the data in cell by itself.

Am I making sense?
