Straight Table with Expression Not displaying all Data

I created a straight table with an expression to 'filter' the data.  When I remove one of the columns, one of the records disappears!?   What is going on here!  See attached for example

Try using set analysis instead of if statement

Only({<Status = {'5. Validation'}, [Current State] = {'Y'}>} Status)
