Straight table: Image and expression in one column

i got to display the arrow based on expression condition and expression value in one column with space, is this possible ? tried couple of ways but no luck. is there any trick ? Can some one help me with this.

I don´t know if it´s possible to use different colors for text and shape since they´re at same expression.

If it is mandatory, you will have to use two different expressions
