Hi All,
I'm having problems with the following Set Analysis
Count(DISTINCT {<CaseID = {"=Count(DISTINCT WorkDate) <= 1"},[Order Type]={'Onsite Service'}>} CaseID)
I am showing a count of 0 instead of 1 which would include the Distinct CaseID count of rows 2 and 3 below.
CaseID | WO ID | WO Creation | WO Line | Order Type | Activity Type | WorkDate |
114626337 | WO-01156223 | 18/12/2019 10:49:30 | WL-02241169 | Remote Service | Diagnostics | 18/12/2019 |
114626337 | WO-01156316 | 18/12/2019 11:15:47 | WL-02409187 | Onsite Service | - | 21/01/2020 |
114626337 | WO-01156316 | 18/12/2019 11:15:47 | WL-02409220 | Onsite Service | Work Time | 21/01/2020 |
Any ideas for the weekend please.
Kind Regards
Claire
Could you explain the logic bit more, especially why '<=' 1 ?
Thanks for the quick reply
It does not have to be <=1 it can be =1 but going forward we need the logic that says if there are no Onsite Service but a single case Work date where the Service Type is Onsite Response only and i thought that the <=1 would still catch that.
Hope that is not too confusing. I find it hard to put the business rational into simple terms at times.
Best I can offer as some other possible areas to check are the following Design Blog posts:

Sorry not more direct help, I am not very good at set analysis either! 🙂
