Submit button in Access point not clearly visible.

Hi

The 'Submit' button in Access point is not clearly visible in IE version 11.0 (11.0.9600.18762).

However, it is clearly visible in Chrome and IE version 11.3 (11.371.16299.0).

Attached both Chrome and IE 11.0 screenshots.

Anyone faced similar issue? Do we need to install any patch in IE 11.0. Can you please help
