Subtracting based on two dimension vlaues

Dears,

     Assume I have two stages of a process and each one has start and end date. How could I subtract the end date of the first from the start date of the second so that i could know if there any gap between them.

ProcessstageStart DateEnd Date
Process 111/1/20141/2/2104
Process 121/3/20141/5/2014
