Sum and count not working

I have a table of data in a straight table, within which is a column with a balance (ie £200.00).

This data is then filtered using a series of list boxes, and calculated dimensions to give the result I require.

I also have a Statistics box to show a total sum of the balance, and a count of rows using the balance column. This column is not a key column.

The problem I have is that both the sum and counts are wrong? They seem to still show the oringinal sum and count prior to the filtering using the list boxes and calculated dimensions.

How can I get around this and have the correct totals displayed?

can you upload an example, and post the formula you have used in your Sum/Count please?

listing the dimensions used in your object also.

I am preparing an example as the original has sensitive data in it...

I've not been able to reproduce this in a simple example.

What could possible be going wrong?
