Sum of distinct value

Hi i have this kind of problem, look at the picture:

i use this expression to make the last colum CONSUMO...:

Sum({<D_INIZ_VAL={"=D_INIZ_VAL>D_INIZ_FORN"}"}>}CONSUMO_TOT_ANNUO)

but i need to SUM only the rows with the Max D_FINE_VAL

for example about the last 2 rows, i need to SUM only the record with D_FINE_VAL 30/11/2018

is possible to do it?
