Suppress Pivot Expansion when dimension is null (unclean data)

Hi there everybody,

just a usual data-modelling phenomenon. Sometimes entered data have subcategories, subsubcategories etc. and sometimes they don't.

When displaying the data in an expandable pivot-table, those null-values mess up with my expansion/collapse-philosophy. I see an [+] only to find out that dimensions expand with null()-values. I've spent many hours searching and trying different alternatives.
