Supress value in pivot table ?

HI All,

I need to Suppress these 4 records where interest Expression is Zero, I need to Show Sum of the Interest value for the Cust code(100024) as Interest value (7849) in Single record...

Help me on this...

Use TOTAL in expression

For ex.

=Sum(TOTAL Interest_Value)

To see sum of interest you can use sub total option in pivot. go ti presentation tab select sub total at bottom or top.
