TOTAL in Straight table differs

Hi Team,

I created a straight table,  which shows only top 10 records using Presentation tab. In the TOTAL, it is summing up all the rows instead of only 10 recodrs. How to overcome this issue?

Instead of the option in the presentation tab (which version of QV are you using btw?), you can limit the lines shown by a set expression.

Example:

Dimension: Salesrep

Expression: =sum({<Salesrep = {"=rank(sum(Sales))<=10"}>} Sales)

Now the total should be correct.

Please Uncheck "Show Others" tick box under options on the dimension limits tab.
