Target V/s IS values

Dear All,

I am trying to create a comparsion between Target and Is values.

The problem is I have target for the year 2017 and the is values are gradually updating weekly.

I have two tables one contains the target and the other contains the is values.

I dont know the best practice in this regard.

Any support will be very helpful
