Task ID doesn't exist errors preventing reload and access

My customer's server crashed and was restored using a backup.  It appears to me that the scheduled reload IDs have been cached somewhere because none will run and the QEMC will show one path for the reloads then on refresh will show the same reload file name with a different "last execution" date/time stamp.

On launching QEMC the reload schedule was blank so I built a new one but again, it looks like the old one is cached in a file somewhere.  Does anyone know of a method to purge out any of the old reload data so that i can build a new clean schedule?  The services have been restarted several times.

Finally, if you try to access the QVW using IE, the browser shows the file being opened with the Q logo then reports a dialog box almost immediately:

---

QlikOcx

Failed to open document, file not found

---

When you click OK, it says

---

QlikOCX
Failed to open document

---

Thanks.

Alright. When a template is beeing saved after automatic reload a tmp file is created and then disappear

Is there any dodgy file in your template directory?

You could maybe have a look into C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\QlikViewServer

There's a temp directory there, it's empty for me...

If you had Auditing On, you might want to check log files in C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\QVS and see if there is something dodgy.
