This is the script of qvw file which is taking 40 minutes to reload.Can anyone help me on this.why it is taking so long.

Can you upload your logfile.
Avoid to do tranformation when you charge your qvd like following. you can thake a look this topic optimize and non-optimze load in qvd
Date(GASTAG_GUELTIG_VON) as BSE.Gueltig_Von,
Date(GASTAG_GUELTIG_BIS) as BSE.Gueltig_Bis.
