Hi,

Can you describe your issue more in details?

Not running - means not started at all? or failed?

Is this Publisher's or Server's tasks?

May be some suspicious facts in log-files?

Without more details of the problem it is difficult to help.

Is your system using Server only or Server & Publisher?

How are the reloads triggered - on a regular schedule, on event of another task?

How many concurrent reloads are running?

Have you reviewed the distribution logs?

Are document logs enabled?

Hi Colin,

I have created all dependent tasks only.it has been scheduled in weekly basis  .

in system we have server and publisher.

The Problem here is, when I start the task(through scheduler or manually) it is not showing any status means not running at all  and it is going back to normal state with out any process.

after trying to start the task several times then only that task is running and the dependent tasks are not running.

we didn't enabled the document log.

Can you view the logs history from QMC and post the QDS log for a failed job here?

It is worth enabling the document log on your documents, the document log will help identify the cause of a reload failure.

Hi Colin,

The main problem here is the jobs are  not starting  at all even if we schedule or run manually. But the same were running till last week. All the jobs are server tasks. Moreover nothing is showing in the log history about the task status.
