Teradata ODBC Connection Issue

Good Morning users,

I need some help on connecting QlikView to Teradata via an ODBC connection.

Looks like my ODBC connecting is working but when I use the "Select" button to get into the "Create Select Statement" box, I can't see any Database tables at all (Screenshot attached).

Can someone please help me understand what I am missing here?

Thanks for your help in advance!

Regards

Kumar

Hi,

Instead of using wizard, try writing the query manually. Reload the file and check.

Hi Krishna,

Thanks for your response.Writing the Query manually worked. Still not sure why the other approach is not working though.

Hi Enrique,

Thanks for your response. The owner does have access. I tried writing the query manually  and it worked. Still not sure why the other approach did not work but I have what I needed for now. Maybe I will do a deep dive later to figure out what needs to be happen to make the "Select" button option work.
