Testing Qlikview Application

Hi,

Can some one please provide different ways to test a Qlikview Application to check

1) Data retrived in reports is correct or not ?

2) How to debug if found the results are incorrect ?

compared to traditional BI tools we do not get any queries created by qlikview. in that case how can we test and confirm the data retrived is correct

It would be great if some one can help me with details on this topic

Hi Swapnil,

Please test the below points:

*check for the records count in DB and Qlikview.

*Check for the data consistence.

*check for the Performance.

*check for the regular data refresh.

Debug:

*check the count in DB and Qlikview , if the result are wrong try to check the data combination, model and association
