Tesxt Box Data doesnt get displayed in reports Qv 8.5

Dear All

I have added text box in reports , but data doesnt get displayed.

the used expression is working fine in sheet. but not showing any value in reports.

Please help , any suggestions will be very much helpful..

Hi Pramod,

For me it is working fine. Please create text Box in sheet and drag it in report. It will work.

reporting windows doesnt get minimized

previously , it ws.

Please let me know any setting which i have disturbed

It should be. you can restore/Minimize reporting window from reght top corner.

if wanted to suppress window , its not being restoring in my way .

Dear Vijay

Its Sad , As Data is getting display in main sheet and not coming in report and also cascading is not working with reports .

Something happened to settings , i think , because i also added objects by dragging , but now it is either full screen of fully minimized

Masters Please help . if it is related with version or settings.

Hey Pramod,

If you go to the top of Report editior and Right click there you will find the option of restore and Move.

I moved the sheet , anyhow solved the purpose of drag

but the data getting displayed in sheet doesnt get displayed in reports.

Please give some suggestions

After lots of research and manual study , I have found that data coming in print view of any object is only get displayed in reports.

Data is properly getting displayed in in text box , but when i am trying to see view in print , i am getting nothing.

Now , Please help me if any setting is related with the text box.

Dear Masters

Is there any setting or procedure which is interrupting the text to be printed.

Data will not be get displayed in reports  till it is printable in main sheets.
