Text in Chart prints incorrectly

When I add text to a chart using the "text in chart" feature in the presentation tab, it doesn't print correctly. See the images below - the totals ($100, $200, etc.) are a text in chart box, I had to use it because there isn't a way to have some text left aligned and other text right aligned in the chart's legend. The top image that's in color is from copying the chart as an image, the bottom image is from printing it to pdf.

The text in chart appears to lose its alignment when it's printed. Any ideas on how to fix this? When I copy the chart as an image it works fine, it's only when I print it directly.
