Hi
I notice that in a big qvw file when page loading all text in the page turn to gray. And the font color is back when page loaded. I want to make an icon to indicate users not to click any where when page loading. Can picture object do that?
Thanks.
Yes, text object will help you.
But how do you make that object hidden and how to u pop it out.
I hope with "Now" you can try it.
Regards,
Srini.
HI Srinivas
Thanks for your reply.
I want an indicator light in order to tell users do not click(select) any where when page loading because of my qvw file is big. It takes several seconds when page loading. I don't want users think the loading page no response. So I want to make something to hint users to wait a moment.
As to "NOW" function, it runs every second which would slow down the system speed especially in big qvw.
Any other ideas? Thank you again.
Hi Wormecota,
If you want to have a loading image in the document startup, go to Document Properties -> Opening. Check "image" checkbox and select a image. Also check "Close when loaded".
When the users open, they will see the image till the document is loaded.
Hope this helps,
Kiran.
Hi,
In my application, the 1st load spent 2 second. But a selection cost 3+ second. So I want to tell users to wait a moment when he make a selection. The hint shows every time when he make a new selection.
Thanks again.
