The Table Viewer is Blank
Hello Friends,
I am trying to revamp an existing dashboard, all the previous data and all visualizations are there, i can also see the script and edit but when i try to open the table viewer to see the model, it doesn't show anything, it is just blank. The internal and external table view options are also inactive. Would you please help me out with this? please take a look of the snapshot below. Many thanks!

Hi John,
Reloading fixed the issue, i am now able to see the table / model view.
Sometimes forgetting a small step could lead to problem that seems complicated.
Thanks you so much!

JMQlik, look for a "Drop Table X" statement in the script, but be careful...some tables are meant to be dropped. I would look at the end of the script and work my way backwards. There could be more than one statement. Comment them out, rerun the script, and you should then see the data model.
HTH,
John

Thank you for your reply John.
However, i checked the script there is no dropped table, basically it was showing the model tables but stopped at some point and i didn't know why that happened. could this happen if the data amount is too large or any technical issue you may know of? Thanks Again

Anything is possible, I suppose. I'm no Qlik engine guru so I wouldn't have any idea. I wonder if there is a way to turn off the data model display?
Have you tried reloading it? What happens if you do? Same thing? If it runs to completion and shows data but the data model is empty again...???
Is it your goal to find out why it happened rather than fixing it? If so, maybe someone else can answer that.
HTH,
John
