We are having problem as the ajax page is not automatically refreshing on reload. I have set the "Server initiates the refresh" option in the document and still it is not refreshing.
I don't think that option works in Ajax. In Ajax, the server does not initiate communication, so the refresh can only occur once some action is taken by the Ajax client.
