Thousand formatting in a pivot expression

Hi everyone, I know that the topic has already been discussed but I just want to be sure that I'm considering all the options.

Is there a way to format the outcome of a pivot expression (of currency or numeric type) in order to show its values in thousands? I.e. ,

€ 1.345.123 --> K€ 1.345

I know, the easier solution is to divide by 1.000, but I would like to avoid it because it would mean modifying al lot of expression.
