Time Flag

Hi community

i am developing a call center model for analyzing how they work .

I have the following fields [ID],[create time] , [Actual start time of work], [Actual End time of work ]. so the rule is that if a call that is created first should be the one to be worked on first .Is it possible that i can have a flag to show the calls that are logged late and resolved first and also to show those following the rule maybe as true . See the attached App with data.
